? The Role
We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Videographer to join our flagship team. You will spearhead our digital presence, creating high-quality commercial campaigns and viral short-form content that establishes our brand identity.
This is a Part time / Casual role, perfect for a talented student or freelancer who lives on social media and loves tech.
? Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy: Develop and grow our brand’s social media channels (building our brand IP), taking ownership of the creative direction.
- End-to-End Production: Manage the full production cycle for commercial campaigns and product promos, including storyboarding, shooting, lighting, and editing.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Red/Xiaohongshu小红书).
- Trend Execution: Collaborate with the retail team to capture spontaneous, on-trend short-form videos.
- Asset Management: Maintain video/photo assets and manage camera equipment.
✨ Who You Are
- Experience:
1-2 years of relevant experience in video production or content creation.
- Software Skills: Proficient in professional software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and mobile editing tools (CapCut/Jianying proficiency is a must).
- Mandarin Speaker: You must be fluent in Mandarin (Speaking & Writing) to create content for our Chinese channels.
- Social Native: You have a deep understanding of user behavior across different platforms and a strong sense of online trends. You know what makes a video go viral.
- Aesthetic Eye: Excellent eye for composition, lighting, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Tech Enthusiast: You have a genuine passion for tech gadgets (drones, cameras, smart devices).
- Gear: Having your own camera/stabilizer is a bonus, but we have in-house equipment too.
- Local: Based in Melbourne and available for on-site shoots in the CBD.
