We’re looking for an experienced Senior Stylist with leadership experience or ready to step into a leadership role, balancing their own clients with paid salon management responsibilities.

This role can be structured part-time or full-time, depending on the right candidate.

- Part time: Tuesday to Friday (32 hours) – no Saturdays

- Full-time: 38 hours including Saturdays

This flexibility allows us to attract the best person, not force the best person into the wrong structure.

The Role Breakdown

Senior Stylist

- Manage and grow your own client base

- Deliver high-quality services aligned with Podium’s standards

- Lead by example on the floor and support junior team members

Salon Management & Leadership

- Lead staff meetings and communicate updates clearly

- Act as the link between owner and team

- Support team culture,



morale and accountability

- Plan team-building activities and social events

- Oversee stock levels and ordering

- Oversee appointment flow and daily operations

- Ensure salon systems, processes and standards are followed

- Assist with reporting and operational admin

This is a leadership role with support, structure and clear expectations.

Hours & Flexibility

We’re open to two structures:

- Part-time: 32 hours, Tuesday to Friday (no Saturdays)

- Full-time: 38 hours, including Saturdays
