About the role

We are seeking experienced Immigration Lawyers to join our thriving law firm, Agape Henry Crux, located in the heart of Sydney. As an Immigration Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a wide range of immigration matters, from visa applications to complex matters. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

- Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients on all aspects of Australian immigration law

- Preparing and lodging visa applications, including skilled, family, and business visas

- Assisting clients with complex citizenship and residency cases

- Conducting research, preparing legal documents, and corresponding with government authorities

- Maintaining a high level of knowledge and understanding of the latest immigration legislation and regulations

- Collaborating with other team members to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service

- Participating in client meetings, court appearances, and other proceedings as required

What we're looking for

- 2+ years of post-qualification experience in immigration law (for junior-level positions) or significant experience in immigration law (for senior-level positions)

- Thorough understanding of Australian immigration legislation, regulations, and policies





- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients

- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- A team-oriented approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues

- A commitment to providing exceptional client service and achieving positive outcomes for clients
