We are seeking an experienced Lead Installer to deliver high-end residential, commercial and sporting projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who values craftsmanship, professionalism and doing things properly the first time.

Responsibilities

•Lead and deliver premium synthetic turf installations

•Execute accurate cutting, joining and finishing to a consistently high standard

•Supervise installers and trainees on site

•Maintain strict quality control and brand standards

•Communicate professionally with clients and team members

•Problem-solve on site without shortcuts

Skills & experience

•Proven experience installing synthetic turf or in a related precision trade





•Minimum 5+ years of synthetic turf installation experience required

•Strong attention to detail and pride in finish quality

•Ability to lead by example and train others

•Clear communication and professional presentation

•Willingness to adapt to premium systems and methods

•Australian citizenship or permanent residency required

Desirable (not essential)

•Landscaping trade qualification

•HR truck licence

•Experience supervising small teams
