We are looking for a Store Manager who is a leader, a tech enthusiast, and above all, a high-performer who loves to be on the floor, not just in the back office.
? The Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will take full ownership of our Flagship Store. You will build the culture, drive the sales, and set the standard.
- Lead from the Front: Spend 80% of your time on the sales floor. Coach your team by example, closing high-ticket sales, and demonstrating exceptional product knowledge.
- Drive Performance: Managing KPIs, conversion rates, and UPT (Units Per Transaction). You will be responsible for elevating the overall shopping experience, ensuring that every customer interaction—from browsing to unboxing—is world-class.
- CRM & Loyalty: Develop and implement a recent Membership System from scratch. Your goal is to build a loyal community, driving customer retention and increasing repeat purchase rates.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee rostering (Deputy/Xero), inventory management, and visual merchandising standards.
- The "Tech Bar": Oversee our in-store service workflow, ensuring every customer leaves with a solution.
- Team Builder: Recruit,
train, and retain top talent. Create a high-energy, positive culture that staff love and customers feel.
✨ About You
- Retail Leadership: 3-5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in consumer electronics, telecommunications, or luxury retail.
- Sales DNA: You are competitive and results-driven. You understand the psychology of selling high-value items ($1000+).
- Tech Savvy: You genuinely love tech. You know the difference between 4K and 8K, and you can explain it to a grandmother.
- Bilingual Advantage: Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory. Fluency in Mandarin is highly regarded (but not essential) due to our diverse customer base in the CBD.
- Flexible: Available to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays (because that's when the city comes alive!).
