We are looking for a 'hands on' Business Systems Support Specialist who enjoys being on the tools and close to the business. This role suits a practical doer who likes supporting systems, fixing issues and making steady improvements, rather than leading large programs or teams.

Our client is a reliable global technology organisation with a long standing local presence in Australia. The local team operates within a global structure and values people who are patient, practical and comfortable working in established systems.

You will be based in the North Sydney office and report directly to the IT Manager as part of a small, collaborative IT team.

About the role

This is a hands on operational role, not a leadership or heavy project management position.

You will be responsible for:

- Supporting and improving ERP systems, ideally SAP

- Working directly with users to resolve system issues and improve usability

- Supporting day to day business processes across sales, finance and operations

- Building reports and assisting with data visibility and structure

- Supporting system integrations and maintaining data integrity

- Documenting system changes and simple process improvements





- Working with vendors and internal teams as required

About you

You enjoy being in the detail and seeing your work make a difference.

You will bring:

- Experience working with enterprise scale ERP systems, ideally SAP, and CRM platforms

- Background supporting ERP driven environments such as FMCG, distribution, logistics or manufacturing

- Experience in systems support, business systems analysis or application support

- A practical, hands on mindset

- Experience designing and developing with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Apps and Forms

- Ability to work comfortably with non technical users

- Clear communication and documentation skills

Project management experience is not essential. This role is about execution and support.
