About the business and the role

Beautopia is a wholesale distributer selling all things Hair, Nails and Beauty to customers across Australia

As a Beautopia Cluster Operations Manager, you will work closely alongside Store Managers to help and support them to ensure consistent growth in sales and correct merchandising, ordering and stocking.

The role involves being responsible for store sales and operations, across various store fronts You will manage and oversee most aspects of the in-store operations including managing merchandising, driving customer loyalty, inventory management, process documentation, You will also be responsible for mentoring and motivating in-store staff as well as driving customer service and sales through your customer focused approach. You will assist with marketing and promotion. You will be involved in new store set ups and stocktaking. You will be involved in head office strategy planning to plan and execute company goals.

The role is dynamic and diverse and as a business we are constantly seeking to grow and improve. The role is a mix of cluster management and head office operations.

Job tasks and responsibilities





- Manage store staff including recruitment, training, mentoring, and issue resolution and rosters.

- Manage in-store merchandising and sales promotions

- Work closely with internal teams to create pricing strategies and monitor feedback customer feedback to ensure optimum customer experience

- Create and implement procedures for better efficiencies/controls.

- Create marketing strategies to build sales and drive sales within the store team

- Role involves interstate travel.

Skills and experience

- 5+ years in a retail/trade store team management role ideally within fashion or beauty brand

- Exceptional customer service experience and a customer-centric approach

- Strong communication and relationship management skills to work with internal stakeholders and multiple external partners

- Branch experience an advantage

- Excel skills a plus

- Detailed operations experience a plus

- Position is based in Lane Cove but involves interstate travel to various stores.
