We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EEN) to join our growing community and home care nursing service.

This role suits someone who enjoys working in the community, communicating with people, and contributing to the growth of a small but supportive business.

About the role

- Provide nursing care to clients in their homes

- Communicate confidently with clients, families, and stakeholders

- Call and engage with home care providers, NDIS participants, and referral partners

- Build strong relationships with hospital discharge coordinators

- Professionally promote our services and introduce what we offer

- Share feedback and insights that are genuinely considered by the Directors

- Work independently while being fully supported

About you

- Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Comfortable making phone calls and meeting new people

- Skilled, mature,



and relationship-focused

- Confident promoting services in a respectful way

- Community, home care, or NDIS experience is highly regarded

Hours & flexibility

- Part-time role available (3 days per week), or

- Flexible hours such as 4–5 hours per day across 5 days

Support & leadership
You will be supported by:

- A Director who is a Registered Nurse with 20 years of experience

- A Director who is an overseas-trained doctor, nurse, and researcher

You will not be left on your own. Guidance, mentoring, and support are part of this role.

Salary & conditions

- Employment and pay conditions are in accordance with the Nurses Award 2020 (MA000034), with applicable penalties and allowances.
