The Spinal Studio was founded in 2021 with a mission to redefine allied health. Our team of physios, osteos and chiros is driven by one goal, to help people move pain-free and reach their full potential.
With 9 clinics across Victoria and Queensland, we deliver a high-quality, team-oriented care experience that sets us apart. We believe in dreaming big, working hard, and unlocking untapped potential, both in our patients and our team.
➕What We’ll Do
A consistent flow of motivated new patients. We handle the marketing, you focus on care
Training in clear, confident communication.
Ongoing mentoring and support to grow.
A multidisciplinary team environment with regular collaboration across health professionals.
➕Nuts & Bolts
Full-time salary with patient rewards.
4 or 5 day work week for balance and flexibility
Weekly mentoring, training, and clinical tutorials
Structured CPD program across a wide range of conditions
Community perks with partner gyms, studios, and recovery centres
