About the role

We are seeking an experienced Storeman to join our team at Oscar and Co Tiles and Bathware in Deepdene, VIC. This part-time role will involve managing our warehouse and inventory, ensuring efficient stock control and order fulfilment. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the wider business.

What you'll be doing

- Receiving, storing and processing incoming stock

- Accurately maintaining inventory records and reconciling stock levels

- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders in a timely manner

- Organising and maintaining a clean, safe and organised yard environment

- Assisting with stock takes and cycle counts

- Supporting the wider operations team as required

- Assisting the retail team

What we're looking for

- At least 2 years' experience in a similar storeman or warehouse role

- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills to maintain accurate inventory records

- Forklift licence required for loading and unloading tiles, and larger cabinetry deliveries

- Manual handling is required for smaller unloads

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills





- A positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude

- Reliable, punctual and physically fit

- Comfortable with manual handling and outdoor work

- Possess a good attitude and willingness to learn

- An understanding of warehouse management and distribution processes
