Are you a qualified and enthusiastic Diploma Educator or Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) who thrives in a nurturing, community-driven setting? We're looking for passionate individuals to join our not-for-profit centre, dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education for children aged 0-5.

? Location: Coleambally, NSW
? Positions: Full-Time, Part-Time & Casual Roles Available

About Us:
Coleambally Preschool & Early Learning Centre is a warm and welcoming service with strong community values. We offer a 20-place standalone preschool program for 3-5 year-olds and a 20-place long daycare program for 0-3 year-olds. We are proudly managed by a committed volunteer committee who values and supports their staff.

Diploma Qualified Educators & ECTs who are:

- Passionate about early childhood education

- Creative, kind, and reliable

- Strong communicators with children, families, and team members

- Driven to provide quality care and play-based learning experiences





- Willing to contribute ideas, grow professionally, and make a difference

✅ What You’ll Need:

Diploma Educators:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

- Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Child Protection & Anaphylaxis Training

- Experience planning and implementing learning programs

ECTs:

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

- NESA Teacher Accreditation (or willingness to obtain)

- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and NQF
