We are seeking an experienced Spray Rig Operations Manager to lead day-to-day spray rig operations and support efficient, safe and profitable delivery of contracted work.

About the Role

This position is responsible for the effective operation and coordination of the spray rig, working closely with a co-worker and management team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading daily spray rig operations and job delivery

- Planning and coordinating schedules, routes and workloads

- Ensuring efficient use of plant, time and resources

- Working alongside and supporting a co-worker in the field

- Maintaining high standards of safety, environmental care and compliance

- Overseeing chemical handling, documentation and reporting

- Communicating clearly with management, team members and clients





- Contributing to continuous improvement of systems and efficiency
