We’re looking for a equity partner who wants to build and own something real from the ground up — not apply for a job. This is an early-stage equity partnership designed for builders who want to gain real local experience by working alongside senior engineers, product leaders, and operators, contributing to real products used in real businesses. It’s especially suited to migrants and newcomers who already have skills, but want Australian-market experience, confidence, and credibility that actually counts — not simulated projects or coursework.

You’ll operate with high autonomy, shaping products, making decisions, and learning how things are built and shipped in the local ecosystem. You’ll get exposure to how senior teams think, design, and execute, while building something you can genuinely stand behind. There are no task lists and no reporting lines — this is ownership-driven, not role-driven. If you’re comfortable with ambiguity, motivated by long-term upside, and want to accelerate your local experience by doing, not waiting for permission, this will resonate.
