The Role

Lead Group are seeking a Clinical Leader for a beautifully modern (but very homely!) Residential Aged Care Facility located locally to Bendigo VIC.

This is a medium to large sized facility that provides a fantastic support system including a Clinical Residential Manager, Clinical Care Coordinator, Quality and Education team, ANACC support, leisure and lifestyle and 24/7 Registered Nurses and Care staff.

The facility has a highly positive culture with excellent feedback from recent staffing surveys.
The role will provide ongoing training and progression routes (if desired) to Facility Management, Quality Management, Clinical Educator and more.

Role Requirements

- Full time Australian working rights
- AHPRA Registration
- 3+ years previous Clinical Management experience in Aged Care is required for this position
- Leadership capabilities with strong communication skills
