PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Division Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations and administration of a high-profile private residence, ensuring exceptional service standards, smooth household functionality, and strong leadership across senior household departments. This is a senior role responsible for supporting Heads of Department (HODs), maintaining operational excellence, and upholding the highest levels of discretion, professionalism, and luxury service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATION / LICENSES

- UAE Driving License (mandatory)

EXPERIENCE

- Proven experience in an Operations & Administration Manager, Division Manager, or similar senior household role
- Experience working within a high-profile private residence, palace, or UHNW household
- Minimum 2+ years' experience managing staff, including senior team members or HODs
- Strong exposure to household operations, administration, and luxury service environments

KEY SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE

- Senior leadership capability with the ability to support and manage HODs and senior staff
- Oversee all household operations to ensure a well-maintained, organised, and efficient residence
- Recruit, train, manage,



and evaluate senior household staff
- Manage household budgets, inventories, and operational resources
- Coordinate procurement of household supplies, luxury goods, and personal items for the family
- Oversee event planning, guest hospitality, and special arrangements
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and repairs
- Manage transportation arrangements for the family
- Coordinate travel logistics for family and staff, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and visas
- Ensure security, safety, and operational protocols are followed at all times
- Maintain absolute confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of private household management, hospitality, and luxury service standards
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as required

SALARY

AED 15,000 - AED 20,000 (DOE) tax Free in UAE
