Dunn Right Auto Electrical is looking for an experienced Leading Hand Auto Electrician to join our growing business. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys leading by example, and wants to be part of a well-run, down-to-earth team.

You will be hands-on across a diverse range of auto electrical and air conditioning work, both on-site across Adelaide and in-house at our modern workshop, while also providing guidance and support to other team members.

About the role
- Carrying out a wide range of auto electrical diagnostics, repairs, and installations

- Leading and supporting other auto electricians and apprentices on jobs

- Planning and prioritising daily work to ensure jobs are completed efficiently

- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety,



and customer service

- Liaising with customers and contributing to problem-solving on complex jobs

- Availability to work reasonable overtime as required to meet job and customer needs.

About you
- Trade qualified Auto Electrician

- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

- Previous experience in a senior or leadership role (or ready to step up)

- Ability to lead by example and mentor apprentices

- Reliable, organised, and takes pride in quality work

Skills and experience required

- Automotive electrical trade certificate

- A/C licence

- C Class drivers licence

- Heavy equipment experience

- Accessory fitting experience

- Ability to work independently
