We are seeking a talented Full Time Chef to join our vibrant team at Ashmore Tavern in Ashmore, Queensland. You will play a crucial role in preparing and cooking delicious meals!

What you'll be doing

- Assisting the Head Chef and other chefs in preparing high-quality dishes

- Following recipes and kitchen procedures to ensure consistency and food safety

- Maintaining a clean and organised workstation

- Helping with food preparation tasks such as chopping, dicing, and portioning

- Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and timely service

- Adhering to health and safety regulations in the kitchen

What we're looking for

- Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow as a chef

- Experience in a commercial kitchen or culinary training

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
