WHO ARE WE?
We are a fast paced, vibrant and exciting gym located in Burwood. We are a 24/7 Gym facility, and pride ourselves on our phenomenal staff, our amazing club community, and our dedication to providing the best experience possible for all of our members. We have 4 large training spaces, including a weights room, functional training space, cardio area and outdoor training space!
We also run over 20 classes every week (which we self program), which is the lifeblood of our community. Our mission is to help everyone find their way of moving and feel comfortable whilst doing it. We have a holistic approach to health and fitness and are looking for a new team member that shares that same ethos and embrace our community!

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a superstar Group Fitness Trainer & Sales Assistant to join our tight-knit team and help us to reach KPI targets,
assist with other various desk duties, take CrossFit style classes, and to potentially take on PT clients! There is a lot that goes into making one of Snap Fitness Victoria’s busiest Clubs so we are looking for someone who stands out!
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
? Looking for an extroverted, outgoing and energetic personality!
? Team player with exceptional sales experience as well as customer service (with a willingness to learn more!)
? Passion for health and fitness
?️♀️ Someone who has a solid background in CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, or Gymnastics is preferred!
? Current First Aid and CPR certification.
⏰ Available for a mixed AM and PM shift schedule as well as Saturdays shifts.
