About the role

As a Real Estate Consultant- Sales & Leasing, you will be able to work in both residential sales and residential leasing, providing exceptional service to our clients and customers.

What you'll be doing

- Working from our New Display home, meeting new leads for current home builds, knock down rebuilds

- Social Media Marketing

- Property Leasing, Conducting property inspections, appraisals and valuations for both sales and leasing

- Negotiating and closing sales and rental agreements to achieve the best outcomes for our clients

- Providing outstanding customer service and support to both buyers and tenants

- Maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations

- Contributing to the growth and development of the business through innovative ideas and strategies

- Hybrid role, combining Sales and Property management

What we're looking for

- Proven track record in real estate sales and/or leasing, preferably within the residential property market. EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL

- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients





- Excellent organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities

- Up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and relevant legislation

- Passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

- Weekend Sales involves hosting our Display home Saturday & Sunday to meet new leads
