About the role

We are seeking a Relief Manager to join the team at Debbie's Place in Rainbow Beach, Queensland. This is a contract role, offering the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry. As the Relief Manager, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our establishment, stepping in to provide leadership and support when needed. The opportunity exists to step in to the Full Time Manager roll if this is your passion.

What you'll be doing

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining high standards of service

- Preparing the rooms for the cleaning team, making beds and undertaking laundry duties.

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

- Monitoring and managing inventory, stock levels, and ordering supplies as required

- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming setting for all guests

- Contributing to the overall growth and success of the business

- 4 to 5 days every 10 day cycle. cycle is open to discussion for the right applicant. Addition work is also available if the applicant seeks

What we're looking for

- No prior experience required. Full training provided.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to engage with customers and staff effectively

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and has a personable nature.
