WE’RE HIRING: CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER (DIGITAL E-COM OPERATOR)

Fully remote role with great flexibility. This is not a legacy CMO role. This is for a digitally lethal, performance-driven operator who can scale revenue, fast. We’re Australia’s fastest growing ingestible brand, a premium, science-backed DTC e-commerce brand in aggressive growth mode. We want a CMO who can think strategically and execute tactically, who has experience in Ecom, thrives in quick paced environments and want to be a part of something BIG.

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

You are:

- A digital-first CMO who understands the full e-commerce stack

- Commercial to the core - you live in CAC, LTV, AOV, churn, payback

- Hands-on - you can log into ad accounts, Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4

- Fast and decisive - you test weekly, kill losers, scale winners

- Hungry - you want to build something meaningful, and big, not maintain the status quo. We are here disrupting it.

You are not:

- A brand-only marketer

- A slow, consensus-driven operator

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

- End-to-end digital growth strategy

- Paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok

- CRO: landing pages, PDPs, offers, bundles, pricing tests

- Retention & subscription growth: email, SMS, loyalty

- Influencer, affiliate & ambassador programs

- Attribution, forecasting, dashboards & reporting

You own revenue, not just marketing.

DIGITAL & TECH SKILLS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

You must have strong working knowledge of:

Paid Media & Acquisition





- Meta Ads Manager (creative testing, scaling, account structure)

- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)

- Understanding attribution limitations (iOS14+, blended ROAS)

E-Commerce & CRO

- Shopify (themes, PDP optimisation, bundles, subscriptions)

- Funnel optimisation & conversion psychology

- A/B testing frameworks (offers, pricing, creative, landing pages)

- Heatmaps, session recordings, on-site analytics

Email, SMS & Retention

- Klaviyo or equivalent

- Lifecycle flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, churn reduction)

- Subscription optimisation and LTV growth

- Segmentation & behaviour-based triggers

Data & Analytics

- GA4, Shopify analytics, Meta reporting

- Cohort analysis, CAC:LTV modelling

- Forecasting growth and payback periods

- Comfortable building and reading dashboards

Creative & Content

- Strong creative instincts (what will convert, not what looks “nice”)

- Rapid testing of hooks, angles, messaging

EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Proven DTC e-commerce growth experience

- Scaled a brand $5M → $200M+ (or comparable stage impact)

- Operated in fast-moving, founder-led environments

- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and moving quickly
