Ceventas has been working to advance learning and development at global airports since 2007. In partnership with Airports Council International, we operate the Online Learning Centre, which offers a broad range of online courses for the airport industry.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Instructional / Learning Designer to help us build engaging, high-quality eLearning programs. In this role you will:
- Analyse needs and recommend appropriate eLearning solutions.
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to create high-quality eLearning courses.
- Apply strong instructional design judgement to determine the optimal program structure, sequencing, and setup.
- Contribute to course updates, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting agreed timelines and quality standards.
You will be joining a friendly team in a small digital business. We communicate and get together regularly, but operate remotely – yes,
you can work from home!
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong instructional design skills – the ability to design eLearning, not just build it.
- Proficiency with Articulate eLearning authoring tools (Storyline and Rise).
- The ability to work independently and to agreed budget and deadlines.
- A high level of attention to detail – you set high standards for the quality of work you deliver!
- Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Explicit communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
- Previous experience developing training content for the aviation industry (desirable – not essential).
