About the role

This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our leading automotive equipment supplier. As an Equipment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their automotive businesses.

What you'll be doing

- Providing expert technical advice and guidance to clients on the selection, installation, and maintenance of automotive equipment

- Conducting in office assessments and evaluations to understand client needs and recommend the most suitable equipment solutions

- Overseeing the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance

- Delivering comprehensive training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment

- Responding promptly to client inquiries and providing timely, efficient, and customer-focused support

- Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, equipment servicing, and technical specifications

- Collaborating with the sales and technical teams to identify opportunities for product/service improvements and development

What we're looking for

- Extensive experience (5+ years) in the automotive equipment industry, with a robust technical understanding of a wide range of automotive tools and machinery

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment-related issues





- Exceptional customer service orientation, with the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and easily understandable manner

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices

- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in the automotive equipment field
