Arc Mining requires experienced Black Coal Underground Deputies (ERZC), Electrical and Mechanical Trades for locations in NSW and QLD. Full time, casual and sub-contract positions available.

Positions are available for Experienced Underground Deputies

Your responsibilities will include;

- Ensuring all crews are following HSEC policies and procedures.

- Delivering maintenance schedules in accordance with statutory and site regulations.

- Performing statutory and compliance inspections in line with legislation.

- A strong focus on minimising wastage and cost saving initiatives.

- Facilitating crew/shift communications sessions.

To be eligible for these positions you must meet these requirements :

- NSW 3rd Class (Deputies) Certificate of Competency/Practising Certificate.

- QLD Certificate of Competency or be able to attain Mutual recognition

- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

- Experience with promoting a positive safety culture within the mine.

- Sound planning,



organisation and problem solving skills.

- Demonstrated ability to meet production targets.

Positions are available for Experienced Underground Mechanical and Electrical Trades

To be eligible for these positions you must meet these requirements :

Mechanical Trades

- Cert 3 in Engineering - Mechanical Trade Qualifications or Equivalent

- MDG25

- Working Safely at Heights (not essential)

- First Aid

- Drivers Licence

- Medically fit for work

- Able to work rostered shifts as to client needs

Electrical Trades

- Electrical Supervisors or Contractors Licence (required)

- Electrical Equipment in and Hazardous Area (required)

- High Voltage Switching (not essential)

- First Aid

- Low Voltage Rescue (not essential)

- Drivers Licence

- Medically fit for work

- Able to work rostered shifts as to client needs
