The Role
Lead Group are seeking a Clinical Leader for a beautiful Residential Aged Care Facility located locally to Albury/Wodonga on the NSW & VIC boarder.
This is a medium sized facility with a beautiful internal culture that is highly welcoming and inclusive environment. The home offers a fantastic support system including a Clinical Facility Manager, Quality and Education team, ANACC support and 24/7 Registered Nurses and Care staff.
The role will provide ongoing training and progression routes (if desired) to Facility Management, Quality Management, Clinical Educator and more.
Relocation assistance $$$ can be provided to the successful candidate.
Located on the beautiful Murray River, live where other people holiday surrounded by gorgeous parklands, trails and the well populated twin cities!

Role Requirements
- Full time Australian working rights
- AHPRA Registration
- 2+ years previous Clinical Management experience in Aged Care is required for this position
- Leadership capabilities with strong communication skills
