About the Role

Knightsbridge Finance is a specialist asset and business finance brokerage working with Australian business owners across trades, transport, construction and professional services.

We focus on practical, commercially sound finance solutions, delivered with strong service, clear communication and smart deal structuring. Our work spans asset finance, business lending and complex commercial scenarios, and we pride ourselves on quality over volume.

We’re now looking for an Associate Finance Broker - someone who is already writing deals, but wants to take advantage of a strong commission structure, mentorship, and uncapped earning potential within a supportive brokerage.

This is a commission-only contractor role, suited to brokers who back themselves and want more control over their income and growth.

Earnings scale directly with performance. Brokers consistently writing deals can earn $120k–$180k+,



while high performers who build a strong pipeline and referral base have the opportunity to earn $250k–$300k+ over time.

Your Days Will Include

- Managing asset and business finance applications from initial enquiry through to settlement

- Structuring deals across asset, commercial and business lending

- Working with warm leads, referral partners and your own client base

- Communicating with clients to gather information and progress applications

- Liaising with lenders, suppliers and stakeholders to resolve issues and progress approvals

- Ensuring deals are structured compliantly and commercially

- Building and nurturing long-term client and referral relationships

About You

This role is best suited to a broker who is already established and wants to take the next step.

You will ideally have:

- Cert IV or Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking

- Experience in asset finance and/or business lending

- Confidence writing and managing deals end-to-end

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- A commercial mindset and attention to detail

- The discipline and motivation to succeed in a commission-only role

- An ABN (or willingness to obtain one)

You don’t need to be a “top-tier” broker - but you do need to be capable, motivated, and ready to grow.
