Are you an organised, confident Dental receptionist or Dental assistant with at least 1 year of experience? Looking to join a small, welcoming team where you're truly appreciated?

We're a modern, patient-focused dental practice in beautiful Caloundra, and we're growing!

With a new dentist joining our practice, we're looking for another superstar receptionist to help us continue delivering exceptional care with a smile.

You'll be joining a tight-knit team of 2 dentists, a OHT and 3 support staff who pride themselves on professionalism, teamwork, and creating a positive environment – for both patients and team members.

? About You:

- Minimum 1 year of Dental Reception or Dental Assistant experience

- Australian work rights essential

- Confident using dental software such as D4W, EXACT, or similar

- Well-presented, skilled, and approachable

- Excellent communication and people skills

- A team player who's reliable, punctual, and takes initiative

- Dental assisting experience is a bonus
