An opportunity to become a joint venture partner and lead a company that will disrupt traditional house construction through the commercialization of its patented building envelope system, to become the global leader in the supply of affordable, sustainable and energy-efficient homes through Modern Methods of Construction - MMC.

HAUSCO is a standardized construction technology platform that transforms already generated CAD data into a digital thread that is woven through all of the processes necessary to produce robust residential building envelopes. Our proprietary and patented method of construction creates the only global climate-resilient, energy-effective and sustainable homes built from recyclable materials within a circular economy. From our core building envelope activity, we can encompass whole project delivery with clients/partners adopting the HAUSCO platform to plan and execute their elements, even offering a BNPL option due to the short build time.

Backed by the founder’s over 40 years of residential design & construction experience, we have industrialized the process of building by replacing the trade based “sticks and bricks” construction methods with a combination of offsite advanced composite manufacturing and onsite-built unitary structural integrity, producing a sustainable and energy-efficient “green” home capable of meeting Passive House standards. With 100% locally sourced materials and a wide choice of finishes making them indistinguishable from framed homes, our system-built houses can be engineered to withstand cyclones, tornadoes and bushfires, creating wide appeal for architects, developers and self-builders. While the home building industry wallows in negative productivity, our platform removes the obstacles created by piecemeal trades-based construction, and replaces them with a streamlined design,



planning and delivery model that increases supply volume within customers’ existing project management capabilities.

As the joint owner and corporate chief, you will be tasked with identifying strategic partners and corporations within state housing and education markets and be committed to engage with government and local authorities to help them meet their targeted housing needs. You should have experience in planning for rapid growth through adoption of new technology platforms and be familiar with governance issues relating to the raising and placement of capital from corporations (and potential individual investors under the ATO ESIC scheme). Highly desirable is your energetic leadership and networking abilities, including with financial professionals, to implement the advanced manufacturing operations and their related construction services divisions. Sales and marketing skills are important, and while manufacturing and construction knowledge is ideal, those areas are adequately supported by the JV partner’s extensive background in these sectors.

Your success in this demanding and diverse role within Australia will allow you to work collaboratively with regional peers to drive the expansion into other market countries covered by our patents (registered in NZ, Japan, USA, Canada and Europe). Equity participation is accessible, and a future management share option scheme will be formulated, with a goal of becoming a B Corporation.
