Located in Sydney South – Sutherland Shire (approx. 30km from Sydney CBD), this high-performing dealership benefits from strong foot traffic, increasing EV demand, and a progressive, future-focused culture. Key Responsibilities

- Engage with Mandarin- and English-speaking customers across the full sales journey

- Provide professional consultation on EV products, features, and ownership benefits

- Manage showroom, phone, and digital enquiries

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to vehicle delivery

- Achieve and exceed individual and dealership sales targets

- Build repeat business and referrals within the local Mandarin-speaking community

About You

- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken)





- Experience in automotive sales or strong consultative sales background

- Interest or passion for electric vehicles and new technology

- Customer-focused with confident communication skills

- Results-driven, professional, and self-motivated

- Current Australian driver’s licence
