Job Description:

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you are responsible for leading the team during assigned shifts to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

- Lead and motivate the team during assigned shifts, delegating tasks and ensuring an efficient workflow.

- Uphold service standards to consistently deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve complaints in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.

- Monitor food operations, including preparation, presentation, and storage, to ensure quality, consistency, and full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS requirements.

- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels and ensuring all food supplies and restaurant essentials are adequately maintained.

- Oversee financial transactions, including opening and closing cash registers,



settling EFTPOS sales, and reconciling daily takings.

- Provide mentorship through on-the-job training for both new hires and existing team members.

- Assist with staff management, including recruitment, rostering, and ensuring schedule adherence.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent experience in restaurant management, preferably within a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) setting.

Education: Certificate III or IV in Hospitality (highly regarded).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using POS systems, ordering platforms, inventory management tools, and KPI reporting.

Leadership: Strong communication skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compliance: Completion of, or willingness to obtain, a Food Safety Supervisor certificate.

Availability: Ability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
