Office Administration Role - Dynamic Technology Company in Elevator Industry

LiftTech is a technology leader in the elevator industry, delivering cutting-edge peripheral lift solutions – from digital displays and emergency communications to IoT, lighting, audio/media, and robotics.

We are looking for a new team member to provide essential operational assistance and ensure our customers continue to receive the highest level of customer service.

We are an energetic company with large national contracts that require attention to detail.
The person we are looking for will have;

- Exceptional communication skills

- The ability to effectively multitask

- Impeccable attention to detail

- Valid work visa or Australian work rights

The role includes;





- Progression of jobs through workflow steps from lead to completion

- Liaising with customers to schedule onsite technician attendance

- Maintaining online CRM databases

- CRM system experience preferred but training will be provided

- Creating, sending and reconciling invoices

- General office management (monitoring emails, answering phone calls etc)
