Bilingual Psychologist | Vibrant Private Practice (Prahran)

A dynamic practice in Prahran are looking to meet with likeminded Psychologists to fill an open position in their team. You would be responsible for a caseload of 5-6 clients per day, providing therapeutic interventions and assessments in both English and Mandarin.

The practice owner puts a real emphasis on team fit, and interviews will be conducted face to face in Mandarin.

The Role:

- Remuneration: Flat management fee of $70ph which includes admin, marketing, software, the room, intake and finding clients
- Administrative Support: Wraparound admin support with bookings, appointment reminders, rescheduling and payments
- Clientele: See a 50/50 split of English and Mandarin speaking clients, presenting with a range of mental health challenges including Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Low Self Esteem, Burnout and Neurodivergence
- Referrals: Referrals are predominantly private or Medicare, and are triaged by the practice in collaboration with clinicians, allowing you to tailor your caseload to your preferences
- Professional Development: Have access to unlimited one-on-one and peer supervision alongside seminars run by the practice owner, with a team culture of striving for professional excellence

About You:

- Motivated professional with the ability to work autonomously
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English
- Comfortable supporting clients across the lifespan
- Proficient in ADHD and ASD assessment

Minimum Requirements:

- Tertiary Qualification in Psychology




- AHPRA Registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
