About the Role Join our Group FP&A; team and play a pivotal role in shaping TWE’s financial future. In this 9-month fixed term position, you’ll support the delivery of consolidated actuals, forecasts and budgets for the business, deliver insightful analysis, and partner with divisional teams to ensure accurate reporting and planning. This role is central to driving efficiency, improving processes, and influencing key stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities Consolidation and analysis for annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly IBP processes. Deliver accurate and timely reporting for the Board and ELT, including variance analysis and commentary. Build and maintain Group-wide financial models and reporting tools. Ensure data integrity and system compliance across Hyperion, HFM, and PBCS.
Partner with divisional finance teams to improve processes and deliver actionable insights. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements. About You Degree qualified in Finance; CA or CPA preferred. 5 years’ experience in FP&A; or finance roles within complex, multi-region organisations (FMCG experience highly regarded). Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills. Strong knowledge of accounting systems and BI tools. Exceptional analytical, planning, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Collaborative team player with a process improvement mindset.
