We're looking for both Full-Time and Part-Time Retail Superstars to join our dynamic team!

At Cash Converters Bunbury, you'll have the chance to let your creativity shine while playing an essential role in providing a fantastic customer experience. Whether you're showcasing new or pre-owned stock, you'll be a key player in making our store a place customers want to return to!

In addition to your retail responsibilities, you will also provide ongoing support in our Buys and Loans Centre, helping customers with a range of services.

What You'll Do:

- Build rapport with customers from all walks of life through a friendly, approachable attitude





- Ask discovery questions to provide the best solutions tailored to our customers' needs

- Drive and exceed your sales targets with enthusiasm and determination

- Create eye-catching displays that highlight the quality and uniqueness of our products

- Collaborate with your team to achieve maximum results and a top-notch store experience

What You'll Need:

- Retail experience is a plus, but not essential – we'll train the right person

- A friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to connect with a wide range of customers

- A strong work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks

- A sales-focused attitude with the desire to meet and exceed targets

- Strong attention to detail and an eye for creative merchandising

- Ability to work well as part of a team and contribute to a positive store culture

- Basic computer skills and the ability to complete accurate data entry

- Australian citizenship or permanent residency required

- Minimum availability of 16-24 hours per week for part-time positions

Additional Info:

- Above Award Pay Rate and Holiday Leaving Loading

- Weekly roster includes Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

- A Police Clearance will be required for the successful candidate.
