Inner West, Ashfield, a long well established boutique Real Estate office are offering a full time position for a Property Manager or an assistant property manager whose looking for a challenge, this excellent position requires at least 2 years working experience, and you must hold a current Certificate of Registration.
- Essential experience in solid computer skills
- Good communication manner and friendly relationships with landlords & tenants
- Can independently handle all management issues
- Organise repairs & maintenance
- Prepare and attend NCAT hearings when required
- Must have a keen eye for detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ashfield NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
