Whether it’s taking a client to a doctor’s appointment, helping them do their grocery shopping, supporting them while their carer takes a well-earned break, or even taking their pet to the vet – you’ll be offering so much more than transport. You’ll be a friendly face and a trusted companion.

As a Companion Support and Driver, you’ll:
- Drive clients to appointments, errands, or social outings
- Offer a helping hand from door to door
- Provide respite support
- Build warm, respectful relationships with your passengers
- Keep things running smoothly and on time
- Maintain our vehicle’s cleanliness and presentation
- Log trips and communicate with clients’ families or carers as needed
- Flier deliveries to prospective clients
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re:
- A supportive person who not only enjoys providing a quality service but also has the time and enthusiasm to contribute to the care and wellbeing of our clients.
- A great communicator with a friendly, calm nature
- Patient, compassionate, and genuinely care about people
- Confident driving around Noosa, Gympie and the Sunshine Coast
- Comfortable using a smart phone with easy apps for scheduling/logging
- Comfortable using new car technology and navigation
- Ability to work flexible hours will be required. This is a casual position, and we are unable to offer guaranteed hours. More hours will be available as the business grows (main operating hours are 7am–5pm Mon–Fri)
- Must live in Noosa
- Be able to keep a company vehicle at your property.
What you'll need (or be willing to get):
- A commercial driver's license - Booked Hire/Taxis Driver Authorisation from Transport and Main Roads
- Blue Card (Working with Children)
- Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening)
- First Aid and CPR Certification
- National Police Check
- Online training (we'll help you complete)
