Quest Preston is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our friendly team. This role is essential in delivering the high standards of cleanliness and presentation our guests expect.
You will be responsible for servicing apartments and public areas, ensuring each space is clean, comfortable, and guest-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and clean guest apartments, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Change linen and towels to Quest brand standards
- Replenish amenities and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors and common areas as required
- Report maintenance issues, lost property, or damages promptly
- Follow WHS, hygiene, and safety procedures
- Work efficiently to daily room allocations and timelines
About You
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (hotel or apartment style preferred, but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills
- Availability for weekday, weekend, and public holiday shifts
