We're looking for an inspiring Educational Leader who brings heart, vision, and deep knowledge of early learning frameworks. You'll guide your team with curiosity, creativity, and care—shaping rich, play-based, child-led programs and championing quality practice every day. If you love mentoring others, sparking ideas, and turning great pedagogy into everyday magic, we want to hear from you!
You’ll be at the centre of a supportive, collaborative team —where ideas are shared, wins are celebrated, and growth is something we do together.. You’ll mentor and guide Lead Educators and their Assistant Educator teams, sparking inspiration and strengthening practice through coaching, collaboration, and plenty of encouragement.

The role of our centre is to work alongside families – taking the time to learn what makes your child special, understanding your child’s cultural background, and listening to what you want from the early education and care experience. What you’ll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care OR Bachelor in Education (Early Childhood)
- Minimum 1 year experience in a current Educational Leader role
- Proven knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, Childhood Development and Play-based Child-drive Pedagogy
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to communicate with clear vision.
- Experience with mentoring & collaborating with a diverse team
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
