About Us
Island Leaf and Lawn is an established local garden maintenance business, offering premium horticultural and garden maintenance services across Phillip Island.
Role
In this role you will be responsible for helping to maintain the lawns and gardens of our clients.
This is including but not limited to:
- Plant care
- Weeding
- Hedge Trimming
- Lawn mowing and edging
- Tree pruning
- Able to maintain a safe work setting
- Any and all other tasks related to high quality garden maintenance.
We are looking for candidates with a can-do attitude who are enthusiastic, passionate and motivated to work outdoors in most weather conditions.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- A can do attitude that prides themselves on being punctual
- An active listener, with excellent communication and time management skills
- A self-starter who can work well independently or in a team
- Physically fit
- An eye for detail
All training will be provided to the successful candidate
A current driver’s license and current police check are mandatory requirements for this position.
