Overview
NVM Services is hiring a full-time Seafood Processor Crew role in Ulladulla, NSW.
This established longline company works in Australian Fishing Zones and seeks experienced seafood processors for full time (and seasonal) positions.

Flexible hours available
2-3 years of relevant work experience required
Minimum 2 years as a seafood processor with verifiable references
Employment Conditions
We maintain a drug & alcohol-free workplace; employees may be subject to random testing.
This is a condition of employment.
You will be based in Ulladulla but may be required to work in other locations subject to operational requirements.
Responsibilities
Assist in unloading fresh seafood product from vessels
Move various seafood product to chillers, freezers and live tanks
Sort, dress, and fillet fish while maintaining a high recovery rate
Sort, clean and retrieve meat from shellfish and crustaceans
Load seafood products into trucks
Pack boned and filleted seafood into cartons
Inspect and grade fish and shellfish for size and quality
Pack fish and count packs before freezing, and pack frozen fish blocks into cartons
Operate machines which slice, peel, skin, crumble and pack seafood product
Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
Ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations
Wages
The salary for this full-time position ranges from $68,800 to in excess of $78,000 per year, plus superannuation guarantee for highly experienced industry workers.
