Maintenance & Grounds Support (Full Time)

The Role
We’re looking for a full-time Maintenance & Grounds Support Officer to help keep Clifton Yamba looking its best. In this hands‑on role, you’ll support the presentation, safety and maintenance of our landscaped grounds, facilities and display homes — ensuring our residents enjoy a premium lifestyle environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain gardens, grounds and shared community areas
- Conduct pool and spa testing/cleaning
- Carry out general repairs, pressure washing and property upkeep
- Assist with resident events and occasional resident requests
- Conduct meter readings and run local supplier errands
- Liaise with contractors and support the onsite team
Timing
We are hoping for the successful candidate to commence as soon as possible.
Location
The successful candidate will be based in our Clifton Yamba property (located in Yamba, on the North Coast of NSW).
Hours
The hours of work are Monday to Friday - 7.00am to 3.00pm.

On completion, the resort will comprise 197 homes.
The resort’s communal facilities – which include a clubhouse, swimming pool, bowling green and gym – have opened, and over 150 homes have been handed over to date.

About You
- Experience in maintenance, landscaping or similar outdoor/property work
- Confident using tools and equipment
- Friendly, respectful and community‑minded
- Robust attention to detail and safe work practices
- Physically capable of manual/outdoor work
- Driver’s licence and white card required
