**ABOUT THE ROLE...**
As an **Approved Manager**at **The Hangar**, you’ll play a key role in keeping each day running smoothly and ensuring guests enjoy a secure, welcoming, and memorable experience. You’ll support the team across all areas of service, making sure everything operates in line with licensing requirements, safety standards, and the values we’re proud to uphold.
- Supporting team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing and responsible service obligations
- Helping coordinate daily operations, events, and functions
- Keeping accurate records, incident logs, and cash handling procedures
- Promoting a positive, inclusive, and proactive workplace culture

- Hold a current **Approved Manager** **licence**under WA liquor licensing requirements
- Have experience in hospitality or venue operations
- Understand the importance of compliance, safety, and consistency in service
- Communicate clearly and work well with a team
- Take initiative, stay organised, and follow through with reliability and integrity

Pay: $33.38 - $36.25 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
