We are looking for a casual Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our team three days a week.
Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Assistant/Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our patients, establishing a welcoming and qualified atmosphere. Your day will include assisting patients with enquiries (both over the phone and in person), generating and confirming appointment bookings for our dentists, managing patient recalls, typing, completing payment processing, banking, and other ad hoc administrative duties as required. Additionally, you will assist with sterilisation and perform dental assistant duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
- Experience working in the Dental Industry is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Warm and positive attitude and team‑oriented approach.
- Computer savvy skills with excellent attention to detail.
