Contract: 6–12 months, with the possibility to extend
A relaxed, kind and welcoming family in Logan Village, QLD is looking for an easy‑going, caring nanny to support Mum at home with her two young boys, aged 3 years and 3 months. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with babies, enjoys being part of the rhythm of family life, and is happy to work alongside a parent who is home full time.
Days & Hours
- Monday: 9:00 am–3:00 pm
- Thursday: 9:00 am–3:00 pm
- Can be slightly flexible on days for the right candidate though preference for a Mon, Wed or Thurs
This is a mother‑s helper style position, where you will be supporting Mum with the baby throughout the day so she can work from home.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Helping with naps, nappy changes and playtime
- Supporting feeding once the baby starts solids
- Caring for the 3‑year‑old when needed
- Keeping play areas tidy
- Child‑related laundry and light housework (never heavy cleaning)
- Generally being a helpful extra set of hands
They also have a friendly cat at home.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience caring for young babies (essential)
- Childcare qualification preferred but not required
- Current First Aid CPR
- Current Blue Card
- Non‑smoker
- Comfortable working closely alongside a parent at home
- Full driver’s licence preferred (for emergencies only)

Mum works from home full time and will be present during all nanny hours. As the baby is exclusively breastfed and does not take a bottle, you will be working closely together, so a nanny who is friendly, easy to get along with, and genuinely enjoys teamwork will be a great fit.
