About Your New Job
As our newest Registered Nurse (RN), you will be entrusted with delivering person‑centred, evidence‑based care that drives positive health outcomes. You will be responsible for triaging patients, following ECAT procedures, and working with the multidisciplinary team on high acuity cases. The role is fairly autonomous, so the preferred applicant must feel comfortable working independently at times.
Whilst autonomous in nature, you won’t be working alone. You’ll be supported by the Senior Registered Nurses, Clinical Nurse Educator and Health Service Manager. Glen Innes District Hospital also utilise a virtual method of care within their dedicated, vibrant team. Professional development and training opportunities are encouraged and supported by leadership.
