HealthPlex is excited to present a new opportunity at our Chullora and Cabramatta locations for an Exercise Physiologist to join our team of Physiotherapists. Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, GPs, Orthopaedic specialists, and more. We are passionate and dedicated to improving the quality of life of others and would like to share this opportunity for a new member to join the team that has the same passion for injury management and rehabilitation.
Job Description
- Available Full time role
- Work with a multi disciplinary team to improve patient care
- Autonomous role with support from experienced leaders
Key Responsibilities:
As a Exercise Physiologist, you will:
- Conduct assessments & therapy for injured workers.
- Be able to work independently and efficiently
- Be able to solve both clinical and non-clinical problems in day-to-day work.
- Be confident with clinical reasoning skills across a variety of conditions.
- Be involved in liaising with multiple stakeholders regarding patient care.
Key Requirements:
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Full ESSA registration and professional liability/public indemnity insurance
- Have a registered SIRA number
- Be able to understand new systems and processes in an efficient manner.
- Demonstrate a passion for continuing to learn and grow in both a clinical and non-clinical perspective.
- Strong written communication skills.
- A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers
- Be able to provide clinical supervision to other staff if required and based on experience level.
- Be confident in your role while being open to feedback.
- Understand the different Workers Compensation Schemes and how they work at a basic level.

Salary expectations:
Rates are negotiable depending on experience
