We are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team and deliver engaging, play-based programs that support children’s growth and development in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Key Responsibilities
Organise and set up resources for learning and play experiences.
Facilitate activities that encourage children’s growth across social, emotional, cognitive, and physical areas.
Promote positive behaviour and support children in developing social skills.
Lead structured and spontaneous activities that stimulate learning and engagement.
Oversee children’s participation in recreational, play-based and reading experiences.
Monitor daily routines to ensure children’s wellbeing and smooth operations.
Maintain high standards of personal care and hygiene for children.
Foster an inclusive, safe, and welcoming workplace for all children.
Record observations of children’s development and communicate progress to families and team members.
Adhere to centre policies and comply with regulatory requirements.
Engage in professional development and cooperative team practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Current NSW Working with Children Check.
Current First Aid and CPR.
Understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Genuine passion for early childhood education and child well-being.
Minimum one year of relevant work experience in early childhood education.
