The Role
We are currently seeking energetic, self‑motivated Gaming Attendants who thrive in a fast‑paced environment to join our team at Harbord Diggers on a permanent part‑time basis. The successful applicant will be a hospitality superstar with a energetic personality and exceptional customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in a challenging, fast paced environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and a high standard of presentation.
- Multi‑task and remain calm while working independently or as part of a team.
- Adhere to NSW RSA & RCG certification requirements.
- Work a flexible roster including days, nights (up to 4:00 am closes), weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous customer service experience within hospitality or a customer‑related role.
- People oriented with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills.
- Willingness to build long‑term relationships with customers.
- Current NSW RSA & RCG certification.
- Great availability and flexibility to work a rotating roster.
