About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised Fleet Administrator to join our Newman team. This role is based out of our Hope Valley Head Office on a 8:6 roster. This role is critical in ensuring smooth scheduling, mobilisation, and operational support for our fleet and personnel. You’ll manage job bookings, maintain compliance, and provide exceptional customer service while supporting the branch’s operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate job bookings and quotations through FCC from inquiry to completion.

- Maintain operational schedules and ensure compliance with fatigue management and resource allocation.

- Organise mobilisation tasks including site access, compliance paperwork, accommodation, and flights.

- Communicate daily work schedules and issue LEM tickets to crews.

- Process payroll/timesheets accurately and on time.

- Prepare completed jobs for invoicing with all supporting documentation.

- Liaise with vendors for goods/services procurement as required.





- Promote and adhere to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) policies.

- Provide after-hours operational support when rostered.

What You Bring:

Essential:

- Experience in administration, scheduling, and mobilisation/logistics.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and web-based systems.

- Ability to work autonomously and in a agile environment.

- Knowledge of OS&H;, QA, and QC procedures

Desirable:

- Experience in cranes, machinery, transport, or logistics operations.

- Supervisor or management training.

- Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility training.
