This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time and Fixed Term Part Time appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
Currently we have the following positions for immediate filling
- 1.0 FTE Clinical Psychologist Consultation Liaison team at Rockingham General Hospital (RGH) permanent position.
- 0.6 FTE permanent position (Complex Care Unit).
- 0.8 FTE permanent (Peel Adult Community MHS).
- 0.6 FTE 6-month contract (Peel Adult Community MHS).
- 0.6 FTE permanent (Peel Older Adult Community MHS).
We are seeking dedicated Clinical Psychologist/(s) to join our team and provide evidence-based psychological assessment, group and individual interventions, and support to clients across diverse backgrounds. The successful applicants shall work within an interdisciplinary and professional team context, providing a clinical, consultant, education and research psychology service to individuals, couples, families, groups, and other professionals within the Peel and Rockingham Kwinana MHS. As a Clinical Psychologist your practice will be in accordance with the laws and ethical standards governing psychological practice as per the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) and SMHS policies and guidelines.
Position Profile: We are seeking compassionate, client-centred Clinical Psychologists with proven expertise in delivering high-quality specialised psychological care to adult and older adult clients and their families.
About our Department: We are a energetic, experienced, and dedicated team of Clinical Psychologists working across diverse clinical specialties within the South Metropolitan Health Service. The positions will be based at PaRK Mental Health Service, Rockingham and Peel and the Consultation Liaison position based at RGH.
These positions work alongside medical, nursing and allied health professionals, we deliver comprehensive, evidence-informed psychological services for adults and older adults and their families/carers, to improve psychological and mental health well-being.
Rockingham Peel Group is part of the South Metropolitan Health Service,
one of the fastest growing health services in Western Australia and comprises two hospital campuses, Rockingham General Hospital and Murray District Hospital, in addition to community and mental health services across Peel, Rockingham and Kwinana. As the flagship hospital, Rockingham General is focused on providing high quality general medical, surgical and mental health services as well as outpatient care. Murray District Hospital offers inpatient medical services, palliative care and allied health services.
